Jet2.com selects F:WZ Aviation Software, a DAE company, to provide advanced flight planning solutions

DUBAI, UAE — F:WZ Aviation Software will supply Leeds-based Jet2.com, one of the UK’s leading low-cost airlines, with advanced flight planning technology designed to optimize flight routes, increase efficiency and generate significant cost savings.

Jet2.com will implement two key technologies developed by F:WZ Aviation Software: an advanced flight planning solution, mfs:2, and the Ops Publishing System (OPUSTM) for the management of Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) and company-specific mission information.

F:WZ Aviation Software, a wholly-owned unit of DAE Services, is a leading provider of specialist flight planning solutions. The company has a global airline customer base which includes United Airlines, Midwest Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Austrian Airlines and Malaysia Airlines.
